The US Department of Veterans Affairs awarded a 1 million dollar grant to the Madison VA to be the first ever to evaluate a chronic care system designed to help veterans who are not ready to quit smoking.

While they all come from different backgrounds and branches of service, they are here for the same reason. They are all committed to quitting tobacco.
