On Friday, December 3, 2010, Women’s Health providers from the Madison VA Hospital and Clinics gathered for a “Women’s Health All Provider Meeting.” Several more Women’s Health All Provider meetings are planned for next year. With coffee and folders of information, providers settled in the auditorium to hear about diagnosis and treatment for common women’s health conditions from Dr. Holly Bottoms, Associate Medical Director for the Women Veterans Health Program, Susan Knoedel, LCSW, MST Coordinator, and Dr. Jeniel Nett, Women’s Health Fellow. Indeed, it was a full morning of education around medical care approaches for women Veterans.
