William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital in Madison will hold its first Telephone Town Hall meeting Friday, Apr. 5th focusing on Women’s Health.

The call will highlight the ways the Madison VA is currently serving the fastest growing population in the military today and provide an opportunity for those on the call to ask questions.

More than 2000 female patients will be randomly selected and called at noon on April 5th and given the option to stay on the call and participate. Veterans and stakeholders can guarantee they are included by pre-registering at: https://dashboard.teletownhall.us/registration/Q5UWJ3DLCGAV

Only a phone number is required to opt in.

The event will last 1 hour.

All participants who are unable to ask their question live will have the option to leave a personal message either with an operator or via a voice mail option at the end of the call.

The telephone town hall is not intended to replace live town hall meetings which still take place quarterly at the Madison location and annually at the Community Based Outpatient Clinics.
