At the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital, we have established a number of procedures to assist you in getting an appointment without a long delay. Our goals are simple —

• you should be able to receive a new patient appoitment in primary care within 30 days of your desired date.
• you should be able to receive a primary care appointment with an established primary care provider within seven days of your desired date.
• you should be scheduled for a specialty care appointment within 30 dys of your desired date.

Changing Your Appointment

For a listing of your current appointments in the next 30 days, please call the hospital at 1-608-280-7134 (available 24 hours per day).

If you cannot keep an existing appointment, please contact us as soon as you are aware you cannot make your appointment. This will allow us to reschedule you sooner as well as schedule one of your fellow veterans for the original appointment date and time. Call 1-608-280-7011 to reschedule.
